Gestion des inscriptions + Mailing organizers & photographers

1. Ouvrir l'interface du site web: https://manage.wix.com/dashboard/543a553d-85a6-4ce1-8a6b-b9a79bea4e65/events/?referralInfo=sidebar

2. Accéder à vos tableaux Google sheets: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/11EASsrygS2uQ5iObrpMBGvm3u7lupOSD?usp=share_link

3. Ouvrir votre boîte Gmail dans 3 onglets différents.

- Dans le 1er onglet, copier/coller le texte à envoyer pour les personnes qui veulent organiser des événements.

- Dans le 2ème onglet, copier/coller le texte à envoyer pour les personnes qui veulent prendre des photos.

- Dans le 3ème onglet, copier/coller le texte à envoyer pour les personnes qui veulent filmer des événements.

ATTENTION: Toujours ajouter l'adresse email blablalanguageexchange@gmail.com comme destinataire principale, et toujours ajouter les adresses des personnes intéressés en CCI

Une fois que tout est prêt, vous pouvez commencer à travailler. 

- Ouvrir le premier tableau Google Sheet (donc  Canada). Vous pourrez constater qu'il y a plusieurs villes référencées (Montréal, Québec, Ottawa, Toronto, etc...), et qu'il y a chaque un numéro inscrit derrière le nom de la ville. Ce numéro correspond au nombre de personnes inscrites aux événements. 

Dans l'exemple suivant, la première ville à faire dans le groupe Canada est Montréal. Nous allons chercher la ville de Montréal sur le site web et regarder si le nombre de participants indiqué correspond toujours ou bien si les choses ont bougées.

- Donc taper "Montréal" dans la barre de recherche du site web, et regarder si le nombre de billet vendus correspond au nombre indiqué dans votre tableau Google Sheet. Si c'est la même chose, il n'y a rien à faire et vous pouvez passer à la ville suivante.

Si les choses ont bougées, alors il va falloir cliquer sur l'événement dans le site web, puis cliquer sur "invités", puis sur la petite icône "exporter invités".

- Ouvrir le tableau Excel nouvellement téléchargé, puis gardez simplement les colonnes "Order date", "Guest name", "email", Age, Gender, native country, Languages, volunteers, emails. Supprimez le reste des colonnes.

- Copier coller les informations des personnes ayants répondus "yes" à la dernière colonne gardée, pour recevoir des emails de votre tableau excel à votre tableau Google Sheet. Les personnes ayants répondus "no" ne nous intéresse pas.

- Copier/coller les emails des personnes intéressées dans les messages gmail associés pour aider à l'organisation des événements, la prise de vidéo et la prise de photos.

​

- Changer le nombre de participants indiqués dans le tableau Google Sheet.

​

- Faire le même travail pour tous les événements; et envoyer les 3 emails en fin de mission.
