Copier/coller les données à partir du site web dans les fichiers Google Sheets adéquates
Tableau Google sheet
1. Ouvrir le fichier client de la ville (dans l'exemple, nous faisons la ville de Rennes, donc il faut chercher dans le fichier google sheet "France" étant donné que la ville de Rennes est en France).
2. Copiez les emails des membres.
Gmail
3. Ouvrir Gmail et créez un nouvel email: Entrez comme destinataire principal blablalanguageexchange@gmail.com
Cliquez sur CCI pour coller les adresses emails précédemment copiées.
4. Copier/coller le titre de l'email et changez les informations à changer.
5. Copier/coller le message à envoyer et changez les informations qui doivent être changées (vous trouverez les liens des groupes Telegram juste ici: ), puis envoyez l'email (dans la vidéo, j'ai planifié une date d'envoi mais ne le faites pas, envoyez directement).
Telegram
6. Copier/coller le même message dans le groupe Telegram dont dépend l'événement. Supprimez la ligne "Join our Telegram group", ainsi que la dernière ligne "PS: If you no longer want etc..." Puis envoyer !
What's App
7. Copier/coller le même message dans le groupe What's App dont dépend l'événement. Supprimez la dernière ligne "PS: If you no longer want etc...", Puis envoyer !
Meetup
8. Si l'événement a un groupe Meetup associé, ouvrir le lien Meetup (vous trouverez la liste des liens meetup juste ici: www.blablalanguageexchange.com/meetup), vérifiez bien que la date du prochain événement correspond, puis cliquez sur "Gérer le groupe", puis "Contactez les membres".
Coller le message précédemment copié, effacez les emojis, puis mettre le message au propre.
Effacer également
Supprimez la dernière ligne "PS: If you no longer want etc..."
Copiez / Collez le titre du message précédemment.
Cochez la case "Publiez également un message sur le forum de ce groupe meetup"
Cliquez sur "Submite" ou "Envoyé".
