IF THE EVENT  HAVE ADMINISTRATORS

STEP 1 - COPY / PAST THIS MESSAGE AND SEND HIM/HER BY EMAIL

Hi, I thank you for your message and your motivation to help us.

If you contact us by email, I think you have already read all the explanations and what we expect from the organizers :). In the opposite case, you can always read our posts here: https://www.blablalanguageexchange.com/become-an-admin-1

The event for which you are applying already has administrators, so I can put you in touch with them and introduce you to the team in a private conversation on Facebook. I will do what is necessary and keep informed.

In the meantime, you can also join our Facebook group for all BlaBla Language Exchange administrators: https://www.facebook.com/groups/BlaBlaAdmins

We share photos of different events and do not hesitate to ask questions to other members if you want advice. Once accepted into the group, it would be nice if you could introduce yourself to the other administrators :).

Thanks again and see you soon :)

STEP 2 - INTRODUCE THE NEW PERSON TO THE GROUP DISCUSSION ON MESSENGER

Once the person is added to the discussion, it must also be presented to the current directors. So you can send this message to the discussion:
Hi, I introduce you to a new member who would like to help organize the events. Because an additional help is always welcome, I let you discuss together ;). I

welcome you to the BlaBla Language Exchange community and hope you enjoy being in our community :).

Don't forget to join our Facebook group (If it's not done yet - www.facebook.com/groups/BlaBlaAdmins)

STEP 3 - Add his/her name to the list of administrators in the city where he will be an admin, on the BlaBla L.Exchange Admins group

Add him to the BlaBla Language List on the group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/BlaBlaAdmins/permalink/178322209559338

IF THE EVENT DON'T HAVE ADMINISTRATORS

STEP 1 - COPY / PAST THIS MESSAGE AND SEND HIM/HER BY EMAIL

The event for which you are applying don't have any administrators yet, so it's mean it's possible you need to open it alone, if you want of course.

it's really not difficult, just be present, ask people what languages they want to speak and enjoy the event :). Normally we already know the number of participants and the language groups in advance, as the participants must register. It makes things easier, especially when you have to start or restart an event.

In any case, we always try to create teams, but it is much easier if the event is already started ;).
So the date of the event can also be changed according to your availability. However, it must always be the same day each week (or once / 2 weeks). You can also choose the place of the event.

If you do not want to manage the event alone and wait for more volunteers, it's also possible, no worries.

Anyway, I can open a private conversation on Mesenger, Because the response time is faster.

Create a new group conversation on messsenger. Adds to the discussion:
- The new administrator.

- "Florian Ziegler" (https://www.facebook.com/hanoi.languageexchange.1)

Once the conversation is open with everyone present, copy / paste this message.
