CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN EVENTS

By participating, you agree to our terms and conditions of participation, fully and unconditionally.
- Anyone of legal age (i.e. 18 years old) can participate in our events.
- Participation in the Event is free and does not require the purchase of a product or service.
- The organizers or the host reserve the right to exclude any participant from the events without providing a reason.

- La participation à l'Evénement est gratuite et ne nécessite pas l'achat d'un produit ou d'un service.

IMAGE RIGHTS / DROITS D'IMAGES

By participating in the events, you accept the interviews, photos, audio and video recordings as well as all other recordings and their dissemination, publication, display or reproduction for the purposes of news, webcasting, promotion, publicity, inclusion on websites, social media or for any other purpose by our community.
Recordings may be used to promote similar events in the future, to promote the Event or to showcase community capabilities. You release BlaBla Language Exchange and all persons involved from any liability and waive any rights you may have for any claim regarding payment or rights in connection with the Recordings and/or broadcast (including all claims regarding taking, recording, digitizing, or publishing the Recordings).

En participant aux événements, vous acceptez les interviews, photos, enregistrements audio et vidéo ainsi que tous autres enregistrements et leur diffusion, publication, affichage ou reproduction à des fins d'information, de diffusion sur le Web, de promotion, de publicité, d'inclusion sur des sites Web, des médias sociaux ou à toute autre fin par notre communauté.
Les enregistrements peuvent être utilisés pour promouvoir des événements similaires à l'avenir, pour promouvoir l'événement ou pour mettre en valeur les capacités de la communauté. Vous dégagez BlaBla Language Exchange et toutes les personnes impliquées de toute responsabilité et renoncez à tout droit que vous pourriez avoir pour toute réclamation concernant le paiement ou les droits en relation avec les Enregistrements et/ou la diffusion (y compris toutes les réclamations concernant la prise, l'enregistrement, la numérisation ou la publication des Enregistrements ).

The BlaBla Language Exchange company accepts no liability for damages, losses, liabilities, injuries or disappointments incurred or suffered by any participant as a result of their registration and/or participation in the Event.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude BlaBla Language Exchange's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from BlaBla Language Exchange's negligence.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold BlaBla Language Exchange harmless from any loss, expense, liability, damage or claim (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that may be asserted by a third party and arising out of your negligence or willful omission and misconduct.

ASSURANCE

You acknowledge that by participating in the Event, you expose yourself to certain risks. By accepting the Terms, you confirm that you are adequately insured and have accident insurance.

DATA PROTECTION / PROTECTION DES DONNÉES

By registering or participating in the Event, you acknowledge and agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the BlaBla Language Exchange Corporate Privacy Notice.

VARIOUS / DIVERS

There will be no correspondence relating to this Event or these Terms. The BlaBla Language Exchange company has the right to cancel or terminate the Event at any time without prior notice and without providing a reason.
The BlaBla Language Exchange company reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time. The Event and these Terms will be governed by French law without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply. The only courts of Mulhouse, in France, will be qualified to judge any litigation or any claim.

La entreprise BlaBla Language Exchange se réserve le droit de modifier à tout moment les présentes Conditions. L'Événement et les présentes Conditions seront régis par le droit français sans égard à ses dispositions en matière de conflit de lois.
La Convention des Nations Unies sur les contrats de vente internationale de marchandises ne s'appliquera pas. Les seuls tribunaux de Mulhouse, en France, seront compétents pour juger tout litige ou toute réclamation.
